As a programmer we all want to be successful. But it’s not
only luck but also hard work can reach you to the goal. Expertise,
perseverance, consistency can take you towards the success.
At the beginning of my career when I heard about someone’s
salary is more than million dollars, I was astonished, it seemed like fairy
tale. I hardly could believe. But it’s now very possible to me as I already
reached to that goal. As the fresher’s are a little bit confused, so I want to
share some of my experiences.
1.
Don’t think much about money: Before thinking
about earning money, think about how you will represent yourself as an expert
programmer. Companies are looking for experts, so does the money go. Give
priority to quick learning than high salary.

Try to learn something exceptional: Try to learn
tough work as also doing though tasks. Everybody wish to earn money by the
easiest tasks. As less people can do the tougher one so their demand is more
high. Though the work is tough, but these people earn more money by doing so.
3.
Be open minded: Always try to help others. Most
of the people are selfish. If you help others, they must help you. You don’t
know by whose influence your life will change, so always be ready to help
others.

Utilize your time: Utilize time properly. Time
is the most precious matter in life. Spend your time by learning something
rather than sitting idle. Use your time by counting every seconds.
5.
Complete tasks properly: Whatever you do, do it
properly. Most of the people can’t complete their tasks 100%. By the passage of
time they lose their interest and change the track. But whose completes their
learning and works, at one time they become gainer.

Try to do something innovative: Try to do
something new. Everyone works traditionally. What you can to do outside it, try
that. Always people look for new and exceptional one. It also helps you to
create and brand. This makes you to go ahead from the others.

Be Up to date: In the field of information and
technology knowledge are rapidly changing. You have to the modest. Always try
to gather the updated knowledge from google, youtube , training session,
seminar etc.
